Meet The Team

Dave is an engineer and entrepreneur with extensive expertise in control systems. He earned a BSci in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly,  and has held technical, sales, senior management, and founding roles at companies in the smart building and smart grid sectors. He is committed to helping Bayside customers select the best products for their complex applications and ensuring their successful implementation.  When he's not working he may be riding mountain bikes or hiking the beautiful trails of Marin County and beyond.

Kris has  over seven years of sales and support experience at Bayside and he knows the products inside and out. He is dedicated to helping customers find the ideal solutions for their applications. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science and is a trained pilot, bringing precision and focus to his work to ensure the right products “land safely” at your site on-time. His meticulous organization and efficient processes keep  inside sales operations running smoothly. In his off-time he’s passionate about training and running marathons and hiking the trails of Marin. 

Joe is an inside sales expert known for his strong product knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills, helping customers resolve even the most complex challenges in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Polytechnic University. Before joining Bayside, Joe worked at ONICON as a sales application engineer, bringing valuable experience that ensures customer success with ONICON, Air Monitor, and all of our product lines. Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing volleyball and snorkeling in the ocean.

Russ is the newest member of the Bayside io team and  is an experienced, self-starter with a background in consumer electronics and Macintosh information technologies. Prior to working at Bayside io,  he worked at Apple Inc. in various roles, including Genius, Field Design Engineering Intern, Technical Specialist, and Sales Specialist. His experience at Apple has allowed him to transition to Bayside io to collaborate and complete quotes in a timely and detailed manner. When he’s not working, he is either spending time with his wife, playing golf or working out at the gym.  

Miles is a versatile technician supporting all of Bayside’s products with precision and care. He performs start-up and calibration of MSA and TSI equipment, verifies flow measurements for ONICON and Air Monitor devices, and troubleshoots meters, sensors, and actuators in the field. Miles also configures software for laboratory control systems and ensures Bayside’s IT systems and tools run smoothly. With a strong programming background, he enhances office automation and AI initiatives. Miles holds a BA in Finance from Seattle University and extensive computer science studies. He enjoys tackling technical projects, cycling, & running in his spare time.

Dan is a seasoned HVAC controls consultant with over 30 years of experience, including previous ownership of Bayside HVAC Products. He brings a wealth of knowledge as a sales engineer, helping solve challenging HVAC design issues while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry best practices. Outside of work, Dan enjoys fishing and spending time with friends at the local Rod & Gun Club.

Tomi is Bayside io’s behind-the-scenes business manager, keeping finances in check and office operations running smoothly. She manages accounts and keeps the team organized. Tomi holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University, bringing her expertise in setting measurable short- and long-term goals to Bayside’s daily operations. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking local trails and volunteering in the community.
